REGISTRATION & CONFIRMATION
Registration deadline is one week prior to the event unless otherwise noted. Please remember to include your summer contact information when you register. Register Online at www.lcsc.org/workshops.
Let us know if you have any special accommodations or dietary needs when registering. In accordance with ADA requirements, LCSC is dedicated to making events accessible to all persons.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations will be accepted up to three business days prior to the event date for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start date will forfeit 50% of the event registration fee. Refund requests must be made no later than two weeks after the event.
Refunds will not be given for non-attendance without prior notification. Those who have not paid in advance will be billed for the full amount.
Refunds will be given for any event cancelled by LCSC.
PHOTOS
LCSC often takes photos at events we sponsor. These photos may be used in our publications, on our website or social media. Please be aware that when attending an event, you may be included in some of the photos taken. If you do not wish to be included in photos, please let the event coordinator know on the day of the event. We will exclude you from photos taken or published.
Please note that by registering for an event, LCSC is granted permission to take photographs and has the non-exclusive and irrevocable rights and license to use these photographs for publicity, news or advertising. You hereby release LCSC from any and all claims of payment for performance rights, residuals, or damages for libel, slander, invasion of privacy or any claim based on the use of said material.
